Grief and Loss Counselling
This counselling is for those who are experiencing symptoms associated with grief and loss and are seeking support to move forward through their journey in life.
Palliative Counselling
This compassionate support is for individuals of all ages and their families who have a terminal diagnosis or a complex medical diagnosis with uncertain life expectancy.
Caregiver Support
This counselling support focuses on the great gift and burden of caring for a loved one with a palliative diagnosis or complex medical diagnosis; whether care is provided at home, within a hospice setting or hospital.
Bereavement Support
Bereavement support is for individuals and families who feel “stuck” or “overwhelmed” with grief after the death of a loved one of any age. Perhaps a feeling of “I should have moved on by now” and the need to seek professional support becomes clear.
Education and Consulting
This service provides professional organizations and individual professionals, medical or allied, with educational presentations or consulting through my lived professional and private experience.
